The Bond SchemeAre you:
If yes, then contact the Ceredigion Care Society and ask to speak to a Bond Worker who will be able to advise you on the Bond Guarantee Scheme and how we may be able to help you. About the SchemeThe Bond Scheme is mainly funded by the Welsh Assembly Government and was set up in April 1999. The Scheme operates throughout Ceredigion and offers help and support to local people in finding and securing suitable, affordable accommodation in the private sector. How we can help you?The Bond Scheme will help people to explore available housing options with a view to securing accommodation. We will offer advice on a variety of tenancy related matters. We can provide a bond guarantee (non-cash Bond) to those who fit our criteria and may also be able to help clients to access a rent deposit. We will act as a mediator between landlord and tenant, if asked to do so. I'm interested, what do I do next?If you feel that the Bond Scheme will be able to help or would like more information, then contact either the Aberystwyth or the Cardigan office and arrange an appointment with a Bond Worker. The Bond Worker will be able to advise you as to how the Scheme can help you. When can I see a Bond Worker?Appointments are available during the day (9am-4pm) between Monday and Friday. The Bond Scheme is available throughout the county of Ceredigion and operates from the Ceredigion Care Society offices in Aberystwyth and Cardigan.
