Ceredigion Care Society is committed to raising awareness about homelessness in Ceredigion and Wales. We believe that a better understanding of the reasons people become homeless and how it affects their lives, together with helping people to gain valuable skills and work experience, is the best way to prevent homelessness.
We aim to do this by:
· Delivering an Educational Awareness Programme to schools, colleges and other organisations
· Offering certificated training programmes aimed at increasing confidence, skills in areas such as Employability, Personal Life Skills and Life and Living Skills
· Providing opportunities for Work Placements which can enable young people to gain the confidence, skills and experience necessary to move into permanent employment.
