Bond Scheme

Are you a landlord?  Could you help us give people a fresh start in a decent home?

The Bond Scheme is a deposit guarantee scheme in Ceredigion in which we aim to help local people find a decent affordable home.

The Bond Scheme can provide the following for landlords free of charge:

• A non cash Bond.
• Help for both landlords and tenants in the completion of Housing Benefits forms and ongoing enquiries.
• Completion of an inventory for the accommodation.
• General advice on issues that might affect you as landlord.
• On-going support for both tenant and landlord.
